Kangaroo and Company

Happy Thursday!

Today I’m sharing an adorable card made using the Kangaroo and Company bundle. I love the kangaroos in this set - probably one of my favourites from the mini catalogue.

I created the background using watercolour paper and ink (Pacific Point, Granny Apple Green and Petal Pink).

When that dried, I used the tip of the water painter to create the splatters.

Whilst that was drying… I stamped and coloured Mummy Kangaroo and Joey and adhered them onto the watercolour paper. The little one tucks in to the mummy’s pouch - no glue needed. I really can’t get over how cute those kangaroos are!

I added some hearts as embellishments which were cut using the details heart dies. The sentiment was stamped with Stazon Ink. The water colour layer was adhered onto the pink shimmer card base and VOILA!

The stamp set is really versatile and really hand to use with the matching dies to save a lot of time cutting everything up. Here is a supply list if you fancy making a similar card.
