Happy Sunday! Today, I'm sharing a style of card I've recently had a go at. Slimline cards and matching envelopes. I'm at currently in a middle of another project involving these envelopes (but that's a topic for another day).
The card and envelope are made from one piece of 12"x12" DSP.
8 ½ x 11 inches
Score on the short edge at 2 ½ and 6 ½
Score on the long edge at 1 ½ and 10 ½
Burnish all the score lines and then cut the corner squares away and mitre the edges.
The sides easily fold together to form the envelope at stay sealed with double sided adhesive.
For the card base I used a card base that was 21 x 19 cm
Score on the short edge at 9.5cm and hold in half.
I left a 6mm border around the edge of the card and the DSP.
Hope this has inspired you do to make something crafty.
Enjoy your weekend!
